Canada – Here We Come!

By Jim A. Luff

This Sunday, the LCT staff will launch our first ever Canadian trade show.  LCT is making history as we launch the FIRST EVER limousine and chauffeured transportation industry conference tailored just for Canadian operators!

Canada plays a very important role in the global chauffeured transportation market and we want to bring LCT to you. This 2-day conference will feature educational seminars with topics such as Canada's governmental incentives for the industry, business basics, marketing, green fleets, and more.  In addition, you get to meet us!  We invite you to share with us your thoughts on our magazine.  What would you like us to write about?  Perhaps you might want to write for us.  It is an opportunity for us to connect.

To top it off, the networking will include a special awards reception for Canadian operators only. This is your opportunity to honor and mix with your peers, while learning valuable lessons to grow your business.

It is an exciting trip as we reach further and further to provide information about the limousine industry around the world.  With shows in Las Vegas, Connecticut, Florida and now Canada, you can see we are serious about connecting with our readers.

Industry shows lend many opportunities for developing and expanding your business.  With seminars addressing specific issues of the industry, plenty of networking time and great speakers there is truly something for everyone.  Shows offer an opportunity to meet other operators that may someday need your service or you might need theirs.  It offers the opportunity to walk away inspired and fresh with new ideas.  Some people like to know that they are doing things right and by interacting with your peers and experts in the industry you gain confidence that you are on the right track.

I am proud to be a presenter at this show and be part of history in the making.  This annual event is sure to become an important part of the Canadian limousine industry.

Whether it is the Canada show, the International Show, LCT East or our Leadership Summit, shows are an important part of the industry.  I certainly hope to see you at an upcoming show.
