5th Annual LCT East Offers Limousine Operators Two-Tier Conference Line up
TORRANCE, Calif. — The 2008 LCT Eastern Conference (LCT East) has announced two separate conference line-ups for its annual regional event in the Northeast. LCT East is designed for owners and operators of limousine and chauffeured transportation companies located in the Northeastern United States, who can meet up with operators from around the country and suppliers of industry vehicles, technology, and services. In its fifth year, LCT East will exclusively host two conferences; one consists of hands-on clinics specifically for small fleet and entry-level operators and the other a series of intensive seminars for larger fleets and advanced-level organizations.
The small fleet conference boasts clinics such as: Smart Fleet Operations and Fuel Management, Starter Guide to Exceptional Service, Easy Web Marketing Basics for the Non-Techie, and more. “It is important to give entry-level operators a ‘soft place’ to land,” says Sara McLean, publisher of LCT Magazine. “These clinics will provide hands-on instruction and a welcoming atmosphere for those who are new to the industry or first time attendees.”
LCT East also provides intensive high-level seminars for industry veterans and large companies. These seminars include such topics as Managing the Credit Crisis, Green Initiatives, Improving Labor Relations, and more.
LCT East is scheduled for September 11-12 at Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in Uncasville, CT. The Conference is officially sponsored by Ford Motor Company, with seminars by the National Limousine Association, and promoted in conjunction with the New England Livery Association.
