Everything Will Be A Hybrid

Every new car sold by model year 2020 will have some type of hybrid technology, according to a study by the IBM Institute for Business Value. Gas-electric vehicles will be expanding in new product launches soon - 89 different models are expected to be on the market by 2013. Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are expected to only be a small fraction of the market by 2020, according to the 125 auto industry executives interviewed by IBM for the study. The hydrogen infrastructure isn't expected to be in place anytime soon.
