BOLD MESSAGE: We at LCT must admit that we sometimes struggle with finding the most persuasive way to encourage clients to rent limousines amid a recession. Despite the diversity and necessity of chauffeured transportation, the limousine image remains entrenched in the common psyche as a touchstone of excess. So that's why we were thrilled to read
