Topic:  Affiliate Clients Call You Directly

You are looking through your day's work and you notice the name of a client that had previously transported through an affiliate. What do you do? If you were the one giving them the job, what would you expect them to do? The job is already on the books and the client already has the price. How do you train your CSRs to handle this type of situation?
