19-Year-Old Limo Kid Now Has PR Firm

MEDIA BLITZ: Billy Jinks, the 19-year-old founder and owner of Lexani Limousines, has gotten a lot of media attention, including from LCT, for owning a limousine company in a recession at an age when it's best to start being an entrepreneur.
