What Vehicles Do Americans Really Want?

THESE MARKET CHOICES amply demonstrate. And why shouldn't Americans get the vehicles they really want? As SUV demand rises again and compact vehicles increasingly languish on the lots, automarkers and government stewards should get the message: There are plenty of energy and economic resources that can be tapped to keep Americans on the road in big vehicles for decades to come.
