HANG UP And Drive?

WHAT'S WORSE: And what are the consequences of forcing everyone to pull over and stop EVERY TIME a cell phone call is received or dialed? Or every time you need to consult GPS? That will be a lot of cabs, limos, and black cars slowing down and pulling into driveways, idling at curbside, or taking up parking spaces wherever possible to communicate.

The Luxury Base Operators Association plans to tackle this issue immediately on behalf of chauffeured transportation operators. LBOA Secretary/Treasurer Guy Palumbo sent out a message this afternoon alerting key industry people and will be working on an approach next week.
