Busting Party Bus Animal Keepers

NOT EXACTLY A SCHOOL BUS: Operators who look the other way when teens drink on a party bus could face penalties under state legislation being considered in Oklahoma. Senate Bill 1762 would make it illegal for anyone owning or operating a hired bus or limo to "knowingly transport" minors who were drinking or in possession of alcohol. STORY AND VIDEO.
