Anybody Seen This "Limo?"

WOULD IT ALSO BE "GREEN?" The concept of a chopper/motorcycle limousine is nothing new, but this vehicle makes the most of the chopper-sedan hybrid. This was sent to us at LCT without any qualifying info; we're still searching the Internet. Anyone seen it or know about it?

HINT: The Qantas airline sign and "Domestic sign," along with the fact that the vehicle's left side is parked curbside with the left door open, could indicate it's from Down Under.
