Jim Luff is an operator from Bakersfield, CA who wears a few different hats. Jim began his career in the industry as a private chauffeur in 1990. In 1993 he found a permanent home at The Limousine Scene as the general manager, later becoming a partner. Read more

Michael Campos

Michael Campos joined LCT Magazine as assistant editor on January 3, 2011. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s English/Creative Writing program. Michael attended his first International LCT Show in February 2011, where he met and interacted with operators and vendors. He will be helping LCT further develop its digital media content. Jim's Bio

Jim Luff is an operator from Bakersfield, CA who wears a few different hats. Jim began his career in the industry as a private chauffeur in 1990. In 1993 he found a permanent home at The Limousine Scene as the general manager, later becoming a partner. In 2004 Jim joined the LCT team as a contributing editor.

Jim attends most industry events to keep up with developments in the industry as well as sharing cocktails with fellow operators and industry vendors.

Jim’s feature stories usually center on the operations and marketing of a limousine service with creative ideas and innovative thoughts.

When not running a limousine business or writing for LCT, Jim is involved in many charitable organizations including serving as the president of a children's charity and on committees for a 911 Dispatcher Recognition Program, the CHP Widows & Orphans Fund and other organizations that serve children such as Junior Achievement.
